What to expect
Day 1: March 19, 2013 Investors and entrepreneurs will sit side by side in a series of workshops focusing on the key topics that both angel investors and entrepreneurs need to know for successful funding relationships. Topics such as Valuation for Early Stage Companies, Term Sheets and Negotiation, Patents and Intellectual Property protection and more.
Day 2: March 20, 2013 Thirty five of Colorado’s top entrepreneurial companies who have gone through an extensive pitch coaching process will pitch to angel and venture capital investors in a five minute pitch/five minute Q&A format.
After the event March 22, 2013 9:00am, RVC’s Angel Investing Groups will meet at the DU Joy Burns Hospitality Center for our once annual All-Area Angel Investor Forum, bringing together angels from the Denver Tech Center, Boulder and Golden to discuss the pitches and collaborate together on investing in the companies. After the 2013 Angel Capital Summit, RVC investors syndicated with other investors around the country to invest over $15 million in 24 companies that pitched at Rockies Venture Club.
